If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, experienced an issue with your product, or simply changed your mind, you may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Email us at contact@casa-habana.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange. Our team will reply with detailed instructions to complete the process.
Important: For returns due to exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If your item has a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Send an email to contact@casa-habana.com including your full name, order number, and a description of the defect. Please attach photos or a short video showing the issue. Once reviewed, if approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost within 5 business days.
If you wish to return your purchase because you changed your mind or are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Email contact@casa-habana.com with your full name and order number. We’ll provide the steps to return your item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at checkout.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
